Job Description
As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will focus on identifying strategic opportunities, cultivating key partnerships, and executing initiatives that fuel business success.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new business sectors, markets, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support long-term collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, product, and operations—to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.
- Provide exceptional client-facing service while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Support the ongoing expansion of our brand by attending business events, presenting at forums, and engaging with the wider business community.
Skills Required
- Proven expertise in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships (2+ years preferred).
- Strong market research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business environments and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal development.
- Project management aptitude, with experience leading business-driven projects from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and business analytics.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a high degree of professionalism and resilience.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-Graduate: BBA/B.Com/MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or project management are a plus.
- Fluency in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to travel and represent the organization at client and industry meetings as required.
